All meat will arrive vacuum packed on and will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days, provided your refrigerator is kept between 0-3 degrees C. If you are planning to freeze your meat, we recommend that you freeze on the day it arrives. All meat is packaged ready for the freezer.
